Artwork Uploads

Some of our product require artwork to be provided before we can fulfil your order.

Any products which do require artwork will have a warning near the top of the page : “This product requires artwork to be provided. Please ensure you have the artwork file ready before ordering.”

In these cases – it is important to provide us with the artwork. This is done during the checkout process.

How do I generate the artwork ?

This is usually done in Illustrator or some other vector art editing tool. Often, you can use our artwork templates as a starting point (check the Downloads tab for the corresponding product). If there are no artwork templates available – then the product may be quite simple – try reviewing the spec sheet for the product to find out the size of the artwork required.

You should commission the services of a designer if you are not confident with vector drawing packages. You can also contact us if you would like us to produce the artwork for you (this may incur a cost).

Naming your Artwork Files

If you are uploading multiple artwork files for different products in your basket – please make sure to name the files in such a way as to indicate which artwork file is for which product; e.g. :

  • artwork_file_for_printed_face_masks.zip
  • artwork_file_for_sign_system_front.zip
  • artwork_file_for_sign_system_back.zip

Maximum Artwork File Size

Please ensure your artwork combined filesize is less than 100Mb. If it must be more and you cannot compress it – please contact us prior to making your order.

Please Compress Your Files

It is always best to ZIP / compress your files using WinZIP, WinRAR, 7zip or your operating system’s default compression tool. This will minimise the chance of corruption when uploading your files.

Allowed File Types

Allowed file types are :

  • JPG
  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • EPS
  • AI
  • PDF
  • ZIP
  • 7z
  • RAR

If your file is not one of these file types, please ZIP it up and then attach the compressed file instead.

Optional Uploads

In some instances the artwork file upload is an optional step & not mandatory. In these cases you can simply ignore the artwork upload field.

Uploading Subsequent Artwork

In some cases, the artwork file you provide may not be suitable. In such instances it is important that you provide us with correct contact information so that we can alert you of this in a timely fashion. If you need to subsequently upload a new file – you can use the main Zoom Display Website Upload Facility, citing your customer name, email address and the product in your order that the artwork file is meant for.
